But that mode of production isn’t consistent across time or space it was highly specific to the needs of how one very particular locality was managed.

Set up a giveaway. The first part of this volume looks at the structure of the market economy as whole, pf provide a typology, a model, or perhaps a grammar. Though in some ways Eurocentric, this is still more of a history of the whole world than just a history of Europe. Exceedingly worth one’s time.
