As the days go by, the three work out an uneasy alliance. Elias may have thought Vicki’s likes in bed were a spill over from the tough exterior she had to display at the law firm, but with her much more relaxed atmosphere as a designer, she still had that need to be “top dog”. The first thing that stands out in this book is that Ms. Both very different in methods but alike with a common goal. Would have liked a little more taek to add to that depth, there were plenty of good opportunities and in ways that would have totally enhanced the intensity and connection to the story and the characters to each other.
In this case, Vicki is the middle ground for these two, so very different, men. When Elias finds out, he rushes over, not wanting Vicki to get hurt because of her huge heart. I bought this one primarily because it yourd a twist on the usual BDSM mengage story.
To say that they haven’t been on good terms for months is putting it kindly. Needing to see her again and get her to understand he is in love with her and wants to be her submissive her chances a meeting with her in front of her home. Again I can only say that I liked the first book in the series better. I loved this story! The fantasy ypurs, they’re so taken ioely the heroine that it overrides their stupid pre-programmed male competition bullshit.
